As much as we want to help all runners become healthier and injury-free, it is really difficult to diagnose and/or recommend treatment about an individual’s specific injury or condition over email. Thank you for your understanding, and we will do our best to answer all other questions.
Hi,We are a manufacturer of minimalist footwear from Poland.
We would like to send you one pair of shoes.
You can test them and leave feedback. If you are interested, please indicate the size of the shoes which I send you.
We cover all the costs. We want to show our magical shoes on United States market. We are fresh in this topic;) Maybe you can help us make contact with shops with minimalist shoes?
Greetings Aldona ๐

irst let me just say thank you so much for sharing all of this wonderful information. Mark, I saw your quote on letsrun after Boston, it resonated with me and gave me all the motivation I needed to slow down ๐
My question for you, Mark: would you be willing to share with me a loose range of paces that you run on a daily basis? I know you do virtually all of it “much slower” than marathon pace, but what is “much slower”? Understanding that our aerobic engines are not identical, I am not looking to “copy” what you are doing so much as get a sense for what this looks like for you.
I have been running marathons in the 2:40-3 hr range for 15+ years … and although I feel much happier when I am now running slower (at/ under MAF pace), I am feeling just a touch of anxiety as my next marathon approaches ๐
And thanks again for all of the amazing information you have shared!
Jeremy great question. my paces are often super slow compared to race pace, along the lines of 8-9 min miles. i go by feel. almost all conversational level but add the drills and sport strides daily to keep the speed. stay with it! each responds a bit different so do not let this stress you out. keep it fun
Hi,
I havenโt been in shape in over 25 years. I am 51 225 lbs. i am wanting to start running again and want to run naturally wearing zero drop shoes and learning how to run properly. I live in the Fort Worth Texas area shopping for a decent shoe like the Vivo or Zero but i cant seem to locate anyone in this area that sells them. My foot is 13 wide and id prefer to run without socks. Can you direct me to a seller?
Thank you,
Gary Klimeck

Hi, I have been running with my NB minimus for asphalt for the last 4 years, and I want to buy barefoot/minimalist running shoes for trail and tough surfaces, so with a strong sole and waterproof/goretex cover. I would appreciate some recommendations.
Thanks and congratulations for the center and the website.
Luis they still make the minimus! inov8 has some good waterproof trail as well as altra and topo
