    Hilarious! After listening to Sh!t Cyclists Say and Sh!t Triathletes say, THIS one is by far the best. And OH so true!

      You should meet Steve in person…it gets better. Also try the Invisible Shoes (now called Xero Shoes). They are really fun and do not smell when worn without socks. Steve is a national class Masters sprinter and taught me some great things about how sprinters do things.

    I love it. “They took out all the tendons in both knees, I started barefoot running last week and now I run an ultra-marathon every day!!

    Barefoot running is essential to your body and you can benefit good things from it. Regardless of its after effect scars to your feet.

    “times are hard” is my dad’s standard line when he runs with me and people holler after us wanting to know where my shoes are
