    you’ve got to admit that this guy has an awesome form. look at the forefoot strike, knee slightly bend, landing below center of gravity, cadence .. 10/10

    After you learn the how to use the “Emergency Stop Button”, put on some workout clothes. The appropriate attire for a particular activity works best.
