About Us
Hello Runners! This is Caitlin Burman at Spark Running. Our store was specifically created to provide a local place within the community where runners could come for information and education as well as gear. We pride ourselves on being active within the community here.
At Spark Running, we believe in enabling runners to run healthy. For many runners, this means ditching the traditional shoes with the ten to twelve millimeter drop and returning to a more level platform. We encourage runners not only to run in more level shoes, but to walk and live their lives in them as well. For many runners, education is just as important as footwear. With any minimal or natural shoe, we always talk about foot and leg strength, as well as show our customers drills on how to improve these things. We also host form clinics with different experts from around the area.
We also understand that not all athletes are ready to make this switch, and therefore carry a selection of traditional shoes in addition to our more natural lines.
